Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Kiffa Swiss International Trade GmbH will accept returns of items in original packaging, if a wrong item shipped. We will provide the exchange or refund. Further, it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect and carefully examine the items upon delivery and immediately inform us, if a wrong item has been received by buyer.
  2. If buyer does not inform us within 3 business days thereof, items shall be deemed considered as accepted by buyer and waiver of any rights to return the items shall be deemed an unqualified acceptance.
  3. Buyer may change, amend, terminate or cancel the order without bearing any charges or costs at its convenience by writing an email (info@elektroworld.ch) or call (+41 78 262 88 99). And, we will look for the buyer request at early basis and will confirm the buyer either the required action is possible or not.
  4. If a buyer wants to replace the goods fully or partially, such replacement rests with supplier discretion to accept or refuse it. If a supplier (manufacturer) accepts the replacement then there will be an additional charges for “re-stocking risk”. Moreover, all the charges including re-stocking risks and transportation will be solely borne by buyer.
  5. Kiffa Swiss International Trade GmbH reserves the right to terminate or cancel any order without informing or taking the consent of the buyer, if it deemed appropriate.
