Terms Definition:
- Business/Working Day: a day when the banks in Switzerland are open for business.
- Order: An order placed by the customer for the goods as notified to us in writing, telephone or by website as the case may be.
- Goods: The goods or any item which set out in order.
Order
- There is no limitation for placing the order with respect to quantity. You may order us, even a single unit.
- You can place the order as an individual or company.
- Orders are accepted and goods are supplied on the basis of Terms and Conditions. No employee or agent has an authority to accept the order on behalf of the company. By placing the order, customer agreed to buy the goods as per the terms and conditions.
- Once, you place the order either online, via email or whatever is the mode, it will be processed immediately within 1-3 Business Days.
- Order may be accepted as whole or part. However, the order shall be deemed to be accepted only when the company issues a written acceptance which confirming the order detail, or any part of it.
- We cannot cancel the order once the payment is confirmed. However, you may contact us for further inquiry.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information and ensure that content of order are complete and accurate, we will not be responsible for any mistakes (errors) that contained in the order.
Price
- The prices which are displayed and included in the quotations are provisional and subject to change without giving the notice to the customer, buyer or as the case may be.
- ElektroWorld may provide the unit price in CHF
Payment
- It is safe and secure to make the payment at our website because all the information is encrypted and transmitted through SSL Protocol. Credit card is protected by 256-bit SSL
- Most of the time, credit card error occurred due to the credit card limit or expiry date thereof, if any error occurred while making the payment. Kindly contact your credit card company by your end.
- We do accept the payment other than CHF such as USD,EURO, POUND STERLING, TURKISH LIRA, JAPANESE YEN, RUSSIAN RUBLE, A.U. DOLLAR.
- If you made any mistake while making the payment like shortage of payment, we shall not ship the items. Further, any additional cost would be borne by you.
Delivery
- If you cannot track your order, then kindly try it again on next day as there might be some lag in tracking your order.
- We will not replace or return the delivered order, if there is any mistake at your side.
- We use EMS Express for default shipment. However, we may deliver the order, if you want to pick up by yourself or via authorized person thereby all the charges will be borne by you.
- We process the order within 1-3 business days and delivery of the shipment depend upon carrier company. Further, shipping days vary depending on the time, quantities and custom clearance.
Return Policy
- ElektroWorld will accept returns of items in original packaging, if a wrong item shipped because of ElektroWorld electric mistaken. We will provide the exchange or refund. Further, it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect and carefully examine the items upon delivery and immediately inform us, if a wrong item has been received by buyer.
- If buyer does not inform us within 3 business days thereof, items shall be deemed considered as accepted by buyer and waiver of any rights to return the items shall be deemed an unqualified acceptance.
- Buyer may change, amend, terminate or cancel the order without bearing any charges or costs at its convenience by writing an email (info@elektroworld.ch) or call (+41 78 262 88 99), if there is possibility. And, we will look for the buyer request at early basis and will confirm the buyer either the required action is possible or not.
- If a buyer wants to replace the goods fully or partially, such replacement rests with supplier discretion to accept or refuse it. If a supplier (manufacturer) accepts the replacement then there will be an additional charges for “re-stocking risk”. Moreover, all the charges including re-stocking risks and transportation will be solely borne by buyer.
- ElektroWorld reserves the right to terminate or cancel any order without informing or taking the consent of the buyer, if it deemed appropriate.
